Welcome to $SAP$:
Surviving Structural Adjustment Programs. $SAP$ is a 4 page comic that
takes a satirical look at the World Bank/International Monetary Fund.
The comic was initially designed to be printed in color on tabloid newsprint
for the Sepetmber meeting of the WB/IMF. Needless to say that meeting
was called off. The meetings were rescheduled for Ottawa, Canada in November
and the comic was revived. It was published in Ottawa as an 8.5X11, 4
page black & white comic to be distributed at the protests and teach-ins.
The color version is presented here. It was written by Alec Dubro and
Mike Konopacki. Mike Konopacki also did the illustrations and coloring.
